Initial water: ~2.5 gal tap water
Grains:

3 lb Llano Pils

Heated water to 150-160°, then grains steeped 45 min.
Strained and sparged with hot water, brought back to boil at about 4.5 gal, then removed heat. Added liquid malt extract:

1 lb Pils
6 lb Gold
2 lb Honey

and hops:

1 oz Cascade

Boiled 45 min. Added

0.5 oz Cascade
~1 oz mix of bitter and sweet dried orange peel
0.5 oz cracked coriander seed and powdered coriander

Boiled 10 min. Added

0.5 oz Cascade

At 60 min took off heat. Cooled to 80° in 15 min. Added water to 5 gal.

Wyeast 3787 Belgian High Gravity

Original gravity 1.071 at 79°.
Final gravity with priming sugar (
~1 cup) 1.019 = 6.68% ABV.
